How much does residential demolition cost in Toronto?

Costs depend on the size of the structure, what's inside, and access to the site. A single-room interior demo can start at a few hundred dollars; full house tear-downs run into the tens of thousands. Every estimate we send is detailed and itemized — labour, equipment, disposal, permits, and clean-up all broken out.

How quickly can you start my project?

Most residential jobs can start within the same week. Larger projects requiring permits or utility disconnections take a bit longer, but we coordinate everything and confirm a firm start date upfront.

How long does a typical residential demolition take?

Most residential demolitions are completed in 1–3 days. Single-room jobs (kitchens, bathrooms, basements) are often done in a single day. Whole-home tear-downs take a few days depending on size.

Do you handle permits and utility disconnections?

Yes. We pull all required municipal permits and coordinate gas, water, and hydro disconnections as part of your quote. You don't chase the city — we handle it.

Are you licensed, insured, and WSIB covered?

Yes — fully licensed, fully insured for residential and commercial work in the GTA, with all crew covered under WSIB. Documentation available on request.

What happens to all the debris?

We haul it. Every quote includes loading, transportation, and proper disposal at licensed facilities — including separation and recycling of metal, wood, and concrete where possible.

Do you handle asbestos or hazardous materials?

Yes — we're trained and certified for designated substance abatement (asbestos, mould, lead). We can include it in the demo quote or handle it as a separate phase.
