Standard Demolition was founded in 2018 by Juwan Codrington. Before launching the company, Juwan led operations and site maintenance at Sensus Design Studio, where he managed over 700,000 square feet of residential demolition across the GTA.

To this day, Juwan personally visits every job site, overseeing the tactical work Standard Demolition is known for. Whether it's managing logistics or jumping in to get his hands dirty, his commitment to teamwork and accountability is what sets the crew apart.
