How fast can you turn around a bid?

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from receiving drawings or a walk-through. For urgent jobs we routinely deliver same-day pricing β€” call (647) 993-5911 and tell us the deadline.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Yes β€” same-day in most cases. We carry general liability up to $5M+, pollution insurance, and active WSIB clearance. Send requirements (additional insureds, limits, certificate holder) and we'll have it issued.

Do you work after-hours, weekends, and overnight?

Absolutely. Most live-site, occupied office, and retail tenant turnovers run after-hours. We schedule around tenant operations and submit weekend work permits where required.

Can you handle selective demolition in occupied buildings?

Yes. Hoarding, negative-air dust control, HEPA filtration, debris chutes, and night-shift scheduling β€” we run live-site demolitions inside operating offices, malls, and hospitals regularly.

Do you handle permits and utility disconnects?

Yes. Demolition permits, MOECC notifications, gas/water/hydro disconnects β€” pulled and coordinated as part of your bid.

Are you certified for designated substance abatement?

Yes. Type 1, 2, and 3 abatement (asbestos, lead, mould, silica) handled in-house with full DSL documentation, air clearance testing, and disposal manifests.

How do you handle daily reporting?

Photos, daily progress notes, and milestone updates sent to your project email β€” daily or weekly per your preference. End-of-project package includes manifests, sign-offs, and as-built notes.

What's the largest project size you handle?

We've completed industrial demolitions in the 100,000+ sqft range. For projects over 250,000 sqft we partner with engineering and disposal teams to scale crew counts and equipment.
